The enemy itch

I live on a small piece of land in rural Missouri. We built a home here some years ago. It has been a fight to keep poison ivy from sprouting up, even in our yard. In the summertime, I love to be outdoors barefoot but having poison ivy underneath my feet has proven to be an issue. This invasive species is a nuisance unless you think about it from a homeopathic perspective, "likes cures likes!"In this case homeopathic Rhus Toxicodendron (in a 30c or 200c potency) the Latin name for the poison ivy plant, has been my go-to remedy to clear up that horrible itch that pervades. What a wonder it is to stop the itching and clear up those pesky bumps that come up and ooze their clear liquid! In just a few doses, the bumps dry up. Once I see that, I feel such a relief, mainly so I can stop doing so many loads of laundry. I won't wear or sleep in/on the same thing twice, just to make sure it doesn't spread the oils it puts out. Better to be safe than sorry.
